Performance Test Lead

As a Senior Performance Testing Lead / Advisor, you will be responsible for leading and advising on performance testing strategy and execution. Your role will involve designing and running load, stress, and scalability tests for enterprise applications. Additionally, you will analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding testing team members effectively. It is essential to have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with tools like JMeter and LoadRunner. Your role as an Accessibility Test Expert will involve conducting manual and automated accessibility testing to ensure WCAG/ADA compliance. You will be required to utilize assistive technologies and accessibility testing tools efficiently. Documenting accessibility issues and guiding remediation efforts will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with development and QA teams to implement best accessibility practices is essential. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in accessibility testing. Please note that this role requires support during IST timezone primarily and occasional assistance in the US timezone when needed.,
