Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years
of experience in
software testing
, with a minimum of
4 years in performance testing
.
Strong hands-on experience with
Apache JMeter
and
Micro Focus LoadRunner
.
Experience in at least one
advanced performance testing tool
such as
NeoLoad, Blazemeter, or Gatling
.
Deep understanding of
performance testing methodologies, KPIs, and metrics
.
Proficiency in
test scripting, result analysis, and performance tuning
.
Experience working with
web-based, API, and distributed systems
.
Familiarity with
monitoring and profiling tools
(e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, New Relic).
Good understanding of
CI/CD tools
(Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and
cloud environments
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Performance testing experience in
high-volume, mission-critical environments
.
Certification in
Performance Testing or Load Testing Tools
is a plus.
