Job Description

Position Overview:As a Performance Marketing Specialist, develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads across multiple digital platforms. This role focuses on optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive measurable business results for our industrial manufacturing product lines. Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant B2B platforms Manage paid advertising budgets to maximize lead generation while maintaining cost-efficiency Develop comprehensive tracking systems to measure and analyze campaign performance across all channels Create and refine targeted audience segments based on industry, company size, job role, and other relevant parameters for our industrial equipment market Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages optimized for conversion Conduct regular A/B testing of ad variations, landing pages, and call-to-action elements to continuously improve performance Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders Research and identify new digital marketing opportunities specific to the industrial manufacturing sector Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in B2B lead generation Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and refine targeting based on feedback Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between performance marketing initiatives and broader marketing strategies Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 2-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors Demonstrated track record of generating high-quality leads through digital marketing campaigns Strong proficiency with digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Business Manager Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Solid understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and conversion tracking Familiarity with UTM parameters and attribution modelingExperience creating and optimizing landing pages for lead generation Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in the industrial manufacturing sector or with technical products Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies Experience with marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing Understanding of SEO principles and their relationship to paid campaigns Familiarity with video marketing strategies on platforms like Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn Experience with remarketing and audience building strategies Knowledge of B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales processes Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Package: 03 - 04 LPA CTC (Package may vary as per interview) Work Locations & Vacancy: Kathwada GIDC
