Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPI targets such as app installs, registrations, and active users. Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Use A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. Create and maintain detailed performance reports. Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Develop strategies for precise audience targeting based on user behavior, demographics, and interests. Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage inactive users. Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize returns. Ensure cost-effective ad spending with a focus on achieving objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Collaborate with the analytics team to track performance metrics and user acquisition funnels. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in performance marketing and the trading industry. Experiment with new platforms and ad formats to stay ahead of the competition. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for apps or fintech products. Proven experience managing large-scale PPC and paid social campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
