Job Description

About The Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who has prior experience in data, optimizations, and conversions. Your playground will be Google Ads, UAC (Universal App Campaigns), and app performance ecosystems, where you’ll drive installs, engagement, and ROAS for leading brands.Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and UAC.
Manage app install and engagement campaigns, tracking user acquisition costs and retention metrics.
Continuously analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to develop data-driven creatives and messaging strategies.
Monitor and maintain campaign health — budgets, pacing, and performance goals.
Conduct regular A/B testing to improve CTRs, CVRs, and ROI.
Report campaign performance, insights, and learnings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
Stay up to date with Google Ads and app ecosystem updates, new tools, and beta features.

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, especially UAC and app campaigns.
Deep understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Firebase, Google Analytics (GA4), and MMPs (like Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch).
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
Experience managing medium to large budgets with measurable performance outcomes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
