Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Description

Anjum Khan is an eco-conscious womenswear clothing brand. This is a part-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Specialist.We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Specialistwho will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid advertising campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad content, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing ROI, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.

What you'll do:

• Own Meta (FB + IG) Ads end-to-end for Anjum Khan
• Run full-funnel campaigns (prospecting + retargeting) focused on ROAS & sales
• Test audiences, hooks, copies and creatives
• Track numbers on a regular basis CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC and tweak fast
• Work with the founder/creative team on ad ideas, briefs and UGC-style content
• Keep tracking clean (Pixel, GA4, basic GTM) and share simple weekly reports

You're a great fit if:

• You have 25 years running Meta + Google Ads for D2C / ecommerce
• You can show real results (budgets handled, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
• Dashboards don't scare you you enjoy checking numbers
• You're good with GA4, Ads Manager and Google Sheets
• You take ownership, move fast, and like working directly with the founder
• Bonus: You've worked with Shopify / clothing brands
