The Performance Marketing vertical is crucial for driving online visibility, customer acquisition, and sales growth across digital platforms. The role ensures that Honeyman’s brand reaches the right audience efficiently through targeted campaigns and data-driven strategies.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or related industries. The candidate will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other paid channels to drive customer engagement, sales, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Coordinate with content, creative, and social media teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership to guide marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Must-Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms, campaign management, and analytics.
  • Proven track record of driving digital growth and ROI.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Good-to-Haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, or email marketing campaigns.
  • Exposure to influencer marketing and content-driven performance campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and website analytics.
