Job Title: Meta & Google Account Manager Location: ISKON Cross Road, Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹65,000 per month Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in Meta platforms. The Performance Marketing Manager will manage and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, analyze performance data, generate reports, and develop strategies to improve ad conversions and ROI. Daily tasks include planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting A/B testing, monitoring budgets and performance metrics, and collaborating with the creative team to enhance ad creatives. Qualifications Experience managing and optimising Meta ad campaigns Strong data analysis and reporting skills Proficiency in conducting A/B testing and monitoring performance metrics Ability to develop strategies to improve ad conversions and ROI Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus Show more Show less
