As a Performance Marketing Manager at our company, your role will involve taking a 360-degree view of a large category, focusing on scaling it and achieving a high Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). You will be an individual contributor with cross-functional interactions with various stakeholders. It is essential for you to have a strong background in performance marketing roles to excel in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Category P&L and Growth** - Take ownership of key metrics like Contribution Margin, Revenue, ROAS, Demos, and Leads for the category - Drive strategic priorities to meet business objectives - **Performance Marketing (Search and Discovery)** - Develop and optimize search engine marketing campaigns on platforms like Google and Bing - Identify opportunities to scale categories through search-centric approaches - Execute campaigns on Discovery-led platforms including Meta and YouTube - Conceptualize creatives and messaging for new video development - **Category Development** - Work on various levers to enhance the category, such as messaging, product packaging, pricing, lead-to-demo conversion tactics, and sales enablement **Qualification Required:** - **Collaborative Attitude and Problem-Solving Mindset** - **BTech from a Tier 1 Engineering Institute** (e.g., IIT, NIT, DTU, NSUT, or equivalent) - **4-7 years of experience** in a startup environment with a focus on performance marketing and category development - **Strong Analytical Skills** In addition to the qualifications, we are looking for individuals with the following behavioral attributes: - **Desire to build products for a fast-growing Series B funded startup** - **Founder's Mindset** - Ability to take ownership of a category and shape it independently If you are passionate about performance marketing, have a knack for problem-solving, and are eager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company, we would love to connect with you.
