Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook +

Instagram), LinkedIn Ads , and WhatsApp Campaigns.

  • Plan and optimize end-to-end campaign funnels, from ad creatives and targeting to landing

pages and conversions.

  • Set up funnel tracking and attribution systems for our new website using tools like Google

Analytics, GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.

  • Manage budgets and forecast ad spending to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design, web, and content teams to align creatives and user journeys with

campaign goals.

  • Drive consistent ROAS through regular A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative

experimentation.

  • Launch and monitor campaigns via WhatsApp Business Tools such as Gupshup, including

flow-building and retargeting journeys.

  • Regularly analyse performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, etc.) and report insights with

data-backed recommendations.

  • Explore new performance avenues and tools to improve efficiency and reach.

Requirements

  • 3- 5 years of experience in running full-funnel performance marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of optimizing ROAS across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business Platforms (Gupshup preferred) or similar

tools.

  • Strong understanding of analytics, attribution models, and funnel setup.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning a performance strategy end-to-end.
  • Previous experience in D2C, F& B, or e-commerce businesses is a strong plus.

Key Qualifications & Skills :

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads,

Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.

  • Budget Management: Proven track record of running campaigns with budgets of 1 Lakh+

per month.

  • Copywriting: Strong command over ad copywriting and messaging that converts.

Preferred candidate profile

Landing Page Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience building and optimizing landing

pages via no-code tools like  Unbounce, Web flow, or Swipe Pages.

  • SEO/SEM & Display: Working knowledge of email marketing, SEO strategies, and display

advertising.

  • Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Hotjar,

and conversion tracking tools.

  • Testing: Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Customer Journey: Deep understanding of digital buyer journeys, attribution, and

conversion psychology.
