Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role We are hiring an Ads Manager responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role is focused on driving leads, conversions, and measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities *Set up and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube. *Define targeting strategy, budgets, and audience segments. *Create compelling ad copies and coordinate creative requirements. *Monitor campaign performance daily (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS). *Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements. *Run retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike campaigns. *Set up and verify proper tracking (Pixel, UTM, GTM). *Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and next steps. Required Skills *Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads. *Understanding of conversion tracking and analytics tools. *Ability to optimize campaigns based on data. *Experience with ROI-driven marketing & lead funnels. *Good analytical, logical thinking, and reporting skills. Eligibility *2–5 years of hands-on ads management experience. *Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred). *Must have experience handling a minimum monthly budget of ₹30,000+.
