About the role:

Hi Tours Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing function across all brands Hi Tours, Hi Offsite, and Hi DMC. This role requires a hands-on performance marketer with strong experience in managing large-scale paid campaigns, along with the ability to lead a cross-functional digital team including social media, content, design, and copywriting.

You will own the complete digital strategy, performance marketing budgets, analytics, campaign optimization, creative direction, and team leadership. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who can combine analytical thinking with creative execution.

1. Paid Media & Performance Marketing

Lead end-to-end performance marketing by planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and all retargeting/remarketing channels.
Continuously improve campaign performance by optimizing for ROAS, lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency. Set up and manage full-funnel tracking including Google Analytics/GA4, pixel implementation, UTM parameters, and CRO insights. Handle digital marketing budgets effectively, monitor real-time performance dashboards, and ensure all campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes.

2. Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Build and execute the digital roadmap for all group brands.
  • Identify digital growth opportunities across B2C, B2B, corporate, and MICE segments.
  • Translate brand goals into measurable digital campaigns.
  • Develop A/B testing frameworks for creatives, landing pages, and funnels.

3. Team Leadership & Operations

Lead a team of digital specialists: Social media managers, Content writers, Graphic designers, Video editors, Copywriters, Paid ads executives. Assign tasks, review output quality, and ensure timely execution. Build processes, workflows, and performance KPIs for the digital team. Mentor and train team members on best practices in creative and performance marketing.

4. Content, Social & Creative Oversight

  • Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and creative direction.
  • Guide team on storytelling, brand positioning, and engagement-style content.
  • Ensure all creatives (visuals, copy, reels, ads) align with campaign objectives and brand tone.
  • Approve ad creatives, landing page copy, and funnel messaging.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with: Sales teams for lead quality improvement. Product teams for destination/product campaigns. Founders for strategic initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors (if any) until capabilities are fully in-house. Provide weekly and monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations.

Work Qualifications

  • 8 to 12 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with strong exposure to performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing large paid advertising budgets and optimizing ROAS.
  • Prior experience handling a team of 510 people across social, content, design, and ads.
  • Strong command over Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, GA4, attribution models, CRO tools, dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high creative judgment.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Experience in travel, lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer marketing is a big plus.
