Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of

    multi-channel paid media campaigns

    (Search, Display, Shopping, Paid Social, and Affiliates).
  • Develop

    full-funnel marketing strategies

    to drive traffic, conversions, and retention across global markets.
  • Manage and monitor performance KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, LTV) to ensure budget efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to align campaign messaging with Diesel’s brand direction and product priorities.
  • Coordinate external agency and media partner relationships, ensuring strategic consistency and best-in-class execution.
  • Conduct ongoing testing (audience, creatives, bidding, landing pages) to maximize performance outcomes.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and new technologies within the performance marketing ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in

    Performance Marketing / Paid Media

    , ideally within

    fashion, luxury, or e-commerce

    industries.
  • Proven expertise in

    Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager

    , and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and marketing analytics (GA4, Looker, Data Studio).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for digital culture, creative experimentation, and disruptive branding.
  • Fluent in English; Italian or other European languages are a plus.
