Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for company products.
• Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns for conversions, traffic, and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad placements.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.) and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals, copy, and videos.
• Retarget website visitors and create custom/lookalike audiences using Meta Pixel.
• Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads Manager features, policies, and algorithm updates.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to align ad strategy with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of proven experience running Meta Ads for eCommerce or product-based brands.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Suite, and Pixel setup.
• Experience in conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for best performance.
• Strong creative thinking and understanding of consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:.

• Knowledge of other ad platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
