Job Description

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing
across multiple ad platforms.
Expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
, and preferably DV360.
Strong understanding of
GTM, GA4, attribution models, and conversion tracking
.
Proven success in generating qualified leads and optimizing campaigns for ROI.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a growth-focused mindset.
Develop, plan, and execute
data-driven digital marketing strategies
aligned with Beegru s business growth goals.
Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360
, and other digital platforms.
Drive
qualified lead generation
with well-defined KPIs and measurable results.
Implement advanced targeting techniques including pixel setup, retargeting, and custom audience segmentation.
Set up and manage tracking configurations using
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
and
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and deliver actionable insights to maximize ROI.
Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and optimal returns.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to maintain cohesive brand messaging and impactful creatives.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and innovations to continuously improve performance.
