We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who understands performance marketing end-to-end, has deep knowledge of paid media, and can turn insights into measurable results. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns that drive conversions, revenue, and brand visibility.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms

• Plan budgets, allocate spending efficiently, and ensure maximum ROI

• Manage end-to-end paid campaigns including setup, optimization, A/B testing, and scaling

• Analyze performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, and overall campaign health

• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel optimization

• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-performing creatives

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

• Recommend new marketing channels, tools, and growth opportunities

• Maintain a strong focus on driving measurable results and achieving business targets


What We Are Looking For

• 2 years of proven experience in performance marketing

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Display campaigns, and remarketing

• Deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Ads Manager

• Ability to optimize campaigns based on data, performance metrics, and user behavior

• Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage budgets, forecast results, and scale profitable campaigns

• Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and marketing automation tools

• A performance-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills


Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance campaigns focused on lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition

• Identify growth trends and optimize funnels for higher conversions

• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency

• Implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign profitability

• Monitor daily performance and proactively make adjustments

• Ensure seamless tracking, reporting, and attribution across all channels
