We're passionate about making quality English education accessible to everyone. Who We're Looking For A performance marketer who loves data and creative problem-solving. You'll manage our digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and help more people access English learning. We're looking for someone who can think strategically and execute precisely. Experience: 2-4 years in digital marketing, preferably in tech, education, or consumer apps. Key Responsibilities Run and optimize marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other platforms to drive app user acquisition Analyze campaign data to improve performance and identify growth opportunities Test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user journeys Manage marketing budget effectively across multiple channels Drive app installs, user engagement, and retention through strategic campaigns Find and experiment with new marketing channels and audience segments Manage MMP platforms like AppsFlyer/Adjust/Singular, set up and track all conversion events, deep links, and attribution settings Work with other teams to ensure marketing efforts convert effectively Who You Are Good with numbers and data analysis - you make decisions based on metrics Problem solver who can quickly identify and fix campaign issues Creative thinker who can design and execute effective marketing campaigns Self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid changes Must-Have Skills 2-3 years experience in UAC marketing, particularly in mobile apps Strong expertise with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and app marketing Excellent data analysis and problem-solving abilities Ability experiment in high volume and optimise campaigns Experience managing Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms like AppsFlyer/Adjust/Singular Experience with marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and optimization Knowledge of marketing tools and analytics platforms Understanding of funnel optimization and user acquisition strategies
