Plug and Play Operations Setup.1 We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Performance Marketing Head with 10-12 years of experience in the digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked under a senior performance marketing head at a premium agency like GroupM, and has successfully managed budgets upwards of 1 crore. Responsibilities: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Manage a team of performance marketers to achieve business objectives. Oversee the implementation and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels including Meta and Google Work with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations of internal and external teams. Present and create weekly and monthly presentations and dashboards for review Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize ROI on digital marketing efforts. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and efficiency. Requirements: 10-12 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success Experience working at a premium agency like GroupM is highly preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, with hands-on knowledge of Meta and Google platforms Expertise in managing budgets upwards of 1 crore and delivering measurable results. Knowledge of retention, affiliates, and programmatic marketing is a plus. Any Certifications from Meta and Google are a plus.
