We act as operational co-founders, working alongside founders to bridge capability gaps and drive execution. Our expertise spans product development, go-to-market strategies, and business scaling, enabling startups to accelerate their growth with the right mix of strategy and execution. About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern with a foundational understanding of digital marketing and a passion for growth campaigns. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to support and execute campaigns across paid media platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get exposure to real-world performance campaigns, data analysis, and creative experimentation. Note: This is a paid internship Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Support performance reporting and analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ad Manager, etc. Help in c onducting competitor and keyword research to inform campaign strategy Collaborate with the design and content team for creatives and ad copies Explore new ideas for campaign experiments and A/B testing Help manage campaign tracking, UTM tags, and performance dashboards Requirements: Basic experience or coursework in digital/performance marketing Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) Good analytical skills and comfort with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets A creative and curious mindset - ability to think outside the box Strong communication and collaboration skills Bonus: Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, GA4, or Looker Studio What You’ll Learn: Real-world exposure to ad campaign management and optimization Performance analytics and reporting techniques How to run marketing experiments and growth loops Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment How to Apply : If you're excited about Performance Marketing and want to be part of a growing venture studio, we’d love to hear from you!
