Performance Marketing Intern (Meta Ads & SEO) Paid Internship | 3 Months | Remote/Bengaluru About Us: Mutant is a premium streetwear label redefining bold fashion through clean aesthetics, drop-based collections, and a digital-first customer experience. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to assist in executing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and improve SEO for our Shopify website. You’ll work directly with the founding team and play a key role in scaling our digital footprint. Responsibilities: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Assist in launching and managing performance marketing campaigns (acquisition + retargeting) Analyze and report campaign metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversions) Support in A/B testing ad creatives, hooks, copy, audiences, and placements Collaborate with the design team for campaign creatives Monitor budgets and daily performance to ensure delivery efficiency Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements Optimize product pages, collections, and blogs for search visibility Use tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest to track performance Work on strategies to grow organic traffic and improve domain authority Audit existing content for technical and content-based SEO enhancements What We’re Looking For: Basic experience in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, and Search Console Passion for fashion, eCommerce, or digital brands Strong analytical and communication skills Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn Perks & Benefits: Paid internship with performance-based incentives Mentorship and learning directly from brand founders Opportunity to build your portfolio with real-world campaigns Letter of recommendation & potential full-time role How to Apply: Send your resume + any past work (ads you've run, SEO work you've done) to info@themutant.in Subject: “Performance Marketing Intern – [Your Name]” Show more Show less
