Performance Marketing Expert Role- We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Expert with a proven track record in paid digital campaign management. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize strategic digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and increase web traffic. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as META, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital networks. Oversee paid campaigns on display networks. Utilize Facebook Ads Manager/Business Manager to create and optimize campaigns. Set up and manage Google Search and Demand Generation campaigns. Contribute to digital strategy, focusing on lead generation and web traffic campaigns. Execute comprehensive online marketing activities including campaign management, keyword targeting, and data-driven optimization. Optimize ad copy and landing pages for improved performance. Test various advertising channels and monitor conversions to identify the most effective strategies. Conduct keyword research using various tools. Manage monthly performance marketing budgets ranging from 2 to 20 Lacs. Strategize, plan, and execute campaigns to maintain an optimal cost-per-lead (CPL) while ensuring quality lead flow. Utilize digital analytics to continuously refine campaign performance.
