Performance Marketing Expert (Meta + Google) Location: Remote (WFH) – Must be based in Delhi NCR Experience: 3–5 years Looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who can run the show independently—from strategy to execution—and help scale a fast-growing consumer brand. What You’ll Do: • Own end-to-end campaign management across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with clear performance goals (CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.) • Run experiments to improve conversion funnels and audience targeting • Work closely with creative and product teams to craft effective ad content • Monitor performance daily and report with insight, not just data You’ll Thrive If You Have: • 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Meta + Google is a must) • A track record of working independently and owning performance KPIs • Strong analytical and budgeting skills • Excellent written communication skills • A growth mindset and the ability to figure things out Bonus Points For: • Experience in luxury brands, women-focused brands, or localised service businesses • An eye for design and creative performance • Prior work in a startup or founder-led business What We Offer: • Work-from-home flexibility (must reside in Delhi NCR for occasional in-person meetings) • Ownership and autonomy from day one • A chance to shape the growth story of a high-potential brand Show more Show less
