Experience: 2–5 YearsDepartment: Digital Marketing---About the Role:We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon DSP, and other leading DSP platforms.The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital media, skilled in analytics, and driven by measurable results — delivering performance across eCommerce, FMCG, and brand portfolios.---Key Responsibilities:Campaign Planning & ExecutionStrategize, set up, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Amazon DSP, MIQ, DV360, and other platforms.Develop full-funnel media strategies tailored to brand and business objectives (awareness, traffic, conversions, retention).Manage budgets, pacing, and performance KPIs efficiently across multiple accounts and categories.Optimization & AnalyticsContinuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion efficiency.Build and manage audience segments, lookalike audiences, and remarketing cohorts to drive ROI.Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel dashboards for reporting and insights.Creative & Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with design and content teams to test creatives, copy variations, and A/B experiments.Provide creative insights and ad communication recommendations based on data performance.Coordinate with client servicing teams for campaign approvals, reporting, and monthly reviews.Reporting & StrategyPrepare detailed performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.Forecast campaign outcomes and suggest scalable strategies for improving digital presence and sales.Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and ad-tech innovations in the performance ecosystem.---Key Skills & Tools:Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon DSP, DV360, MIQ (Sigma), or other leading DSPs.Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Looker Studio, and Excel.Strong analytical skills with an understanding of attribution modeling and conversion tracking.Understanding of pixel setup, audience funnels, and paid media automation tools.---Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint preferred.Experience working with FMCG, D2C, or Retail brands will be an added advantage.---What We Offer:Opportunity to work on leading national FMCG & lifestyle brands.Creative and fast-paced agency environment with data-driven growth.Continuous learning and performance-based rewards.
