Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns to achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, including search engines, social media, and display advertising. Design and manage PPC campaigns, email marketing, and other performance-based marketing initiatives. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition. Implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI. Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Track and report on budget expenditures and performance. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Develop and execute A/B tests to evaluate different versions of ads, landing pages, and marketing content. Use test results to refine strategies and improve performance. Reporting & Insights: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 1 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role. Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, tiktok ads, snapchat ads, other meta ads, Google Analytics). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
