Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads , Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) , LinkedIn , and other paid channels . Develop data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance and meet key business objectives. Manage and optimize PPC , display ads , remarketing , and retargeting campaigns. Conduct A/B testing to analyze and improve ad performance. Data Analysis & Optimization Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as CTR , CPC , CPA , and ROAS . Monitor and optimize campaigns for cost efficiency , click-through rates , and conversion rates . Use data insights to improve audience targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies. Content & Creative Management Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals. Ensure all creatives align with the brand’s messaging and guidelines. Budget Management Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI . Forecast spending and allocate budgets to achieve campaign goals. Market Research & Trends Stay updated with digital marketing trends , platform updates, and best practices. Identify new growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve campaign performance.
