Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across various platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to improve ROI and conversion rates
  • Manage budget allocation and bids to ensure efficient ad spend
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
  • Set up tracking and analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other attribution tools
  • Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the content, creative, and product teams to align messaging and creative strategy
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
  • Identify opportunities for automation and scale campaigns effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms
  • Good understanding of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel and performance dashboard tools
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Good communication skills and team collaboration attitude

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience in e-commerce or D2C marketing
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Data Studio
  • Basic graphic design skills (for ad creative development)
