About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital marketing campaigns. If you're someone who understands paid ads like second nature, knows how to strategize for ROI, and has hands-on experience in the K12 EdTech space , we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Strategize and execute paid digital marketing campaigns for a US-based K12 audience Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Design or coordinate the creation of eye-catching creatives (static & video) aligned with campaign goals Create short, engaging video ads tailored for different platforms Track, analyze, and report on ad performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Continuously experiment, A/B test creatives and targeting strategies to improve CAC and ROAS Ensure outcome-driven execution aligned with performance KPIs Required Qualifications Mandatory: Prior experience running performance marketing campaigns in the K12 EdTech space Proven track record of managing paid social and search campaigns with measurable results Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad bidding strategies, and funnel optimization Proficiency in tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics Strong creative and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes Preferred Skills Graphic design capabilities (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) Video editing skills (basic to intermediate level preferred) Experience handling brand or community pages on social media Startup or high-growth environment exposure is a plus A growth mindset and hunger to learn and outperform What We Offer Flexible work environment (Remote-first) Opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing global EdTech brand Work with passionate teams and sharp minds Steep learning curve and autonomy in execution How to Apply If you're driven by performance, passionate about education, and have real experience in K12 EdTech marketing , we’d love to hear from you.
