Role Overview:We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ROAS. Someone who knows how to scale ad campaigns for fashion brands, understands high-ticket product funnels, and can manage budgets with a performance-first mindset.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms
• Drive and monitor ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other performance KPIs
• Work closely with the creative team to guide ad creatives, copy, and landing page strategy
• Manage daily spends, pacing, and performance reporting
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
• A/B test creatives, targeting, and placements regularly
• Build and scale full-funnel strategies (Traffic, Remarketing, Conversions)

• Must-Haves:12 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably in fashion/e-commerce)
• Strong grasp of performance metrics and data analytics
• Ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously
• Working knowledge of Shopify, GA4, and Meta Business Suite
• An eye for fashion-forward content and aesthetic storytelling is a bonus
