● Strategize, execute, and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid digital
channels.
● Own and optimize the full-funnel acquisition metrics—CTR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, and
more.
● Conduct daily performance monitoring; optimize targeting, creatives, bids, and
placements.
● Partner with design, content, and product teams to create high - converting ads and
landing pages.
● Run A/B tests to iterate and improve ad performance - creative, audience, messaging, and
bidding.
● Leverage tools like Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc., for tracking, reporting,
and insight generation.
● Conduct regular keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor
benchmarking.
● Manage budgets and allocate spends with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency.
● Stay ahead of emerging performance marketing trends and propose new growth
opportunities.
● Work closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing strategies align with broader
business goals.
