Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns primarily on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strategize and execute paid campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Conduct detailed audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and minimum CPA through continuous testing and performance analysis.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Meta Ads features, algorithms, and performance marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running Meta Ads campaigns with proven success in achieving performance goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
