The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, is data-savvy, and thrives on achieving tangible business outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance. Continuously test and optimize ad copy, creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structure. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and CAC. Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ads and landing pages. Allocate budgets effectively across channels based on performance data and business priorities. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing attribution tools to gain actionable insights. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing. Proven experience managing PPC, display, social, and retargeting campaigns. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and other analytics tools. Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Knowledge of attribution models and marketing funnels. Excellent time management and communication skills. Preferred SkillsExperience with tools like Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or Mixpanel. Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing. Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
