Position Overview

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Your analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills will ensure campaigns are efficient, scalable, and ROI-focused. You’ll work closely with creative, analytics, and client teams to drive results that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other performance channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and improvement plans.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure brand consistency and conversion alignment.
  • Track budgets, pacing, and performance to meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present campaign insights to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, ad platform updates, and emerging performance tools.

Education and Experience

  • Knowledge of campaign tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM parameters)
  • Prior agency or client-facing experience preferred
