As an Ads Manager, your role involves planning, creating, and managing various digital advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across different platforms like Search, Display, Video, and Shopping. - Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. - Conduct in-depth keyword research, segment audiences effectively, and analyze competitors to optimize campaign performance. - Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio to track and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. - Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. - Manage daily budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness by meeting targets such as Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return On Ad Spend (ROAS). - Keep abreast of the latest trends, algorithm updates, and advertising policies to adapt strategies accordingly. - Collaborate closely with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives that drive high performance.
