Performance Engineer Cum Ground Instructor

As a Performance Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal aircraft performance and adherence to regulatory standards. Your key role will involve conducting ground training classes, analyzing aircraft performance data, and providing technical advice on flight operations matters. Your problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication will be crucial in this role. - Conduct ground training classes for pilots and other company staff - Carry out aircraft performance analysis - Ensure aircraft take-off and landing performance data are up to date - Provide technical advice on flight operations related matters - Prepare necessary operational material/documents for Flight Dispatch - Maintain the airport database - Support crew medicals and license renewals - Prepare crew rosters - Implement new programs and software in the flight operations department - Maintain accurate pilots and other flight operations staff database - Support the planning and execution of training for Flight Crew, Dispatchers, Ground Instructors, Flight Instructors, CRM Facilitators, and Flight Dispatch Trainers - Design and develop training materials - Supervise ground and line training Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical/Aerospace or Mechanical or equivalent - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Performance Engineering in an airline with B 737-800 types - Ground instructor experience and approvals - Familiarity with Flight Operations administration, crew rostering, training, and documentation in a reputed airline - Well-versed in DGCA regulations - Good understanding of computers and various software used for aircraft performance analysis In our dynamic operational environment, you may need to adapt to changes to ensure operational efficiency.
