About The Role

Project Role :Performance Engineer

Project Role Description :Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering:software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.
Must have skills :Six Sigma

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Summary:As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that enhance system efficiency. You will also participate in discussions regarding software architecture and lifecycle, ensuring that performance considerations are integrated into the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem detection and resolution, contributing to the overall performance management of applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance considerations are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Six Sigma.

Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and identify trends.

Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and architecture.

Familiarity with capacity planning and application performance management.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Six Sigma.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
