Job Description

Position Purpose

Executive/Senior Executive – Performance Coach (L&D)

Position available in Gurgaon and Kochi location.

Key Responsibilities

Attrition & Engagement

Maintain
attrition target
for JAG & ES Sales advisors.
Forecast attrition risks and identify early warning signals.
Conduct impactful
1:1 coaching conversations
to unlock advisor potential.
Drive awareness of
JAG contests, recognition, and support structures
.

Data & Business Insights

Translate data (EWS, RAG, coverage %, trends) into actionable interventions.
Conduct regular
business reviews
with leaders to share insights and actions.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with
Business, HR, and L&D
to align coaching and training needs.
Ensure transparent communication with senior leadership.
Strengthen JAG credibility through dashboards and impact reviews.
