Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Ad Manager at OFFLINE. The Performance Ad Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves driving measurable results, analyzing performance data, and ensuring campaigns align with the brand's objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Expertise in campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting
• Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics,, Data Studio, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative mindset with an understanding of ad creatives and messaging strategies

A minimum of two years of experience in performance marketing
