Job Description – Maintenance Executive (Solar Panel Cleaning) We are looking for a Maintenance Executive who will be responsible for ensuring the regular cleaning and basic maintenance of solar panels. The role includes supervising the cleaning team, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed at the site. The candidate will inspect the condition of panels, provide daily reports, and immediately inform the management about any faults or issues. Proper handling of cleaning tools and materials is also part of the job. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors, have basic maintenance knowledge (training will be provided), and possess the ability to manage and guide a team. The candidate should be punctual, responsible, and familiar with the local area.
