Job Description: Proso AI is looking for a skilled PeopleSoft Time and Labor Tester with 4+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Projects, specifically in Development and Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft Time and Labor (TnL) modules, with hands-on experience in writing and executing test scripts. This role requires on-site work in Noida for three days a week. Key Responsibilities: Develop, review, and execute test scripts for PeopleSoft Time and Labor Tester modules. Identify and document test scenarios, cases, and defects. Ensure comprehensive test coverage of functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with development and functional teams to resolve issues. Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. Ensure adherence to testing best practices and quality standards. Required Qualifications and Skills: Education: B.Tech with good academic records. Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft Projects (Development/Testing). Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Time and Labor (TnL) module. Hands-on experience in writing, reviewing, and executing test scripts. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Note: Candidates with PS Admin/DBA backgrounds are not eligible for thi role. Work Environment: Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in Noida office, remaining remote. Collaborative and innovative work culture.
