Job Description

Job Overview

Responsible for building, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting PeopleSoft applications in multi-instance environments
Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of PeopleSoft applications and associated infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments on UNIX/Windows
Troubleshoot App Server, Web Server, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker issues
Apply patches, maintenance packs, and PeopleSoft updates via Change Assistant
Monitor and tune performance across PeopleSoft tiers for optimum operations
Assist in capacity planning, server growth, and environment upgrades
Maintain security configurations and ensure compliance with PeopleSoft standards

Skills & Attributes

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials/HRMS modules
Knowledge of SQL, UNIX shell scripting, and Windows PowerShell
Ability to work independently and provide recommendations for performance optimization
