Job Summary The "People Programmes & Insights Lead" is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic HR programmes that drive business performance and employee engagement. The role involves leveraging data-driven insights to enhance HR strategies and decision-making, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: HR Programmes & Strategy Develop and execute strategic HR programmes focused on employee experience, talent management, and workforce development. Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure programmes align with business objectives. Drive the implementation of best-in-class HR initiatives that enhance employer branding, engagement, and retention. Manage end-to-end programme execution, including planning, delivery, and evaluation. HR Insights & Analytics Utilize HR data and analytics to generate meaningful insights for strategic decision-making. Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable intelligence to HR leadership. Conduct workforce analysis, engagement surveys, and trend reporting to inform HR policies and initiatives. Identify and address workforce challenges using data-driven approaches. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other key stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR programme effectiveness. Engage with external vendors and partners as needed for HR programme implementation. Change Management & Continuous Improvement Lead change management efforts for HR programmes and initiatives. Continuously assess and improve HR processes based on data, feedback, and industry trends. Promote a culture of innovation in HR by identifying new technologies and methodologies. Key Qualifications & Experience Master s degree in Human Resources from(Tier 1 B-School), Business Administration, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in HR Programme management, HR analytics, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and present insights effectively. Experience with HR systems, analytics tools, and dashboards. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to drive HR initiatives that improve employee engagement and organizational performance. Familiarity with change management principles and best practices. Key Competencies Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
