Roles and Responsibilities:
People Partner for Manufacturing Operations
Act as the HR interface for factory operations including Production, Materials, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality.
Develop and implement people strategies aligned with operational goals—covering talent development, skill gap analysis, learning programs, workforce planning, and performance systems.
Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that reinforce GE HealthCare’s values and drive morale.
Advise plant leadership on organizational effectiveness, restructuring, role clarity, and change management.
Use data-driven insights and business acumen to influence decisions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Contract Workforce Specialist
Design and manage a scalable, end-to-end operating model for contractor workforce management across South Asia.
Oversee demand planning, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes in collaboration with Legal, Sourcing, and People Operations.
Ensure full compliance with CLRA and other applicable labor laws; maintain audit readiness and resolve findings within defined timelines.
Build and maintain centralized contractor master data systems; resolve billing discrepancies and streamline workflows.
Drive process automation and continuous improvement using data analytics to enhance speed, accuracy, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in HR Management, MSW, MBA, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in contract workforce management.
Deep expertise in CLRA and contractor lifecycle operations.
Proven ability to influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Operational mindset with experience in scalable HR solutions for manufacturing.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment analytics tools.
Excellent communication, documentation, and execution skills.
Desired Characteristics
Solid understanding of labor laws and governance frameworks.
Experience in leading change management initiatives.
Ability to build trust and drive results in complex stakeholder environments.
Exposure to manufacturing HR and specialist workforce support.
