Job Description

As a member of the team at Five9, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our employees and contributing to our mission of bringing joy to customer experience through innovative cloud contact center software. **Core Responsibilities:** - Process employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS (UKG), such as hires, terminations, promotions, and other job changes. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to uphold data integrity and compliance standards. - Respond to and resolve employee inquiries through the case management system (Freshservice) promptly and professionally. - Assist in internal and external HR audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in data and documentation. - Maintain employee knowledge content specific to our India region. - Collaborate with the Immigration team to support immigration processes effectively. **Benefits and Leave Administration:** - Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries. - Ensure adherence to local laws and complete required regulatory benefits-related filings. - Manage benefit administrative tasks like new hire enrollment, dependent changes, and regulatory reporting. - Administer and monitor leave requests in compliance with India-specific policies and regulations. - Guide employees on leave options and entitlements, facilitating smooth return-to-work processes. - Perform additional benefit administration duties as assigned. **General Responsibilities:** - Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency in HR operations. - Generate reports and analytics on HR data for leadership evaluation. - Provide system training to employees and managers when necessary. **Qualifications:** - Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of HR operations experience focused on India. - Demonstrate a strong grasp of Indian labor laws, including Shops and Establishments Acts and DPDP Act. - Proficient in working with HRIS (preferably UKG) and case management systems (such as Freshservice). - Exhibit excellent organizational, compliance, and communication skills.
