With 8+ years of experience, inspire and manage a diverse team of 25+ across revenue cycle management (RCM) and healthcare processes, turning challenges into triumphs! Key Responsibilities:

Empower Teams: Guide a team of 25+ in billing, claims, and eligibility verification, fostering collaboration and skill development.
Optimize Performance: Implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and align with client goals like insurance negotiations.
Resolve Conflicts: Mediate issues, conduct performance reviews, and build a positive work culture.
Drive Metrics: Oversee KPIs, deliver actionable insights, and ensure seamless operational workflows.
Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

8+ years in operations/people management, with proven success leading teams of 25+ in healthcare or BPO.
Bachelor’s/MBA in HR or Business; certifications like SHRM-CP preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience with US healthcare processes and tools (e.g., EHR, analytics) a plus.
Available for immediate joining.
