Key responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and onboarding:

    Manage the full hiring cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and processing new hires. Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
  • Strategy and culture:

    Contribute developing and implementing P&C strategies to support the organization's objectives, fostering a positive employee experience that promotes engagement, retention and development. Work to improve employee morale and nurture a positive work environment. Deploy effective communication strategies across a range of media including newsletter, Linkedin post, focus groups, workshops as examples.
  • Policy and procedure management:

    Create, update, and communicate new P&C policies and procedures, in coordination with P&C guideline at Incico Group level. Train managers and employees on policy implementation and adherence.
  • Employee relations and compliance:

    Serve as the point of contact for employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. Ensure all P&C practices, policies, and procedures comply with current labour laws and regulations and with P&C guideline at Incico Group level.
  • Performance management:

    Promote a culture of reward and recognition, partnering with leadership teams to align people initiatives with business objectives and clear paths for development, ensuring employees are recognized for their contributions and are given opportunities for growth and development. Oversee the performance review process, assist with setting goals, and guide managers and employees on performance development plans.
  • Compensation and benefits:

    Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management. Design and manage compensation structures.
  • Training and development:

    Assess training needs in coordination with Technical Leaders and organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • P&C administration:

    Maintain accurate employee records and manage the P&C department's daily operations and budget.

Required skills

  • Proven experience in a P&C role in a structured organization.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations. Driven to constantly improve.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, in English and in local languages.
  • Service driven team player, willing to work internationally, in relation with P&C colleagues at Incico Group.
  • Emotionally intelligent, able to build good working relationships, negotiate and engage others towards positive outcomes. Curious and open-minded
  • Strategic systems thinker, capable of translating business goals into P&C initiatives.
  • Collaborative style, able to build rapport and influence at all level. Genuine, open and approachable.
  • Able to prioritise and to proactively contribute to achieve P&C goals. Takes initiative and thrives on solving problems.
  • Act and behave with enthusiasm and in accordance with our Core Values in everything you do.
  • High standard of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Capability to use social media for recruitment.

Required Qualifications

Master Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience Required

Minimum 3-5 years of experience required in the same field, better if in Engineering Companies.
