Job Description

Leverage experience in payroll domain to deliver HR and Payroll transformation projects for global clients, in collaboration with other GDS teams and other EY member firms
Work on global client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content
Provide domain expertise across multiple Payroll service areas such as Payroll Inputs, Gross to Net processing, Payroll remittances, Garnishments, Workforce management, etc.
Be recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the Payroll domain.
Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance payroll advisory and broader capability offering within the practice
Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts

To qualify for the role, you must have

6 - 9 years of experience in Payroll operations and consulting domain
Minimum 2 years of experience in global payroll advisory
Master s degree in Finance/HR or full time MBA
Experience in delivering payroll implementation and transformation programs, as part of a global distributed team
Experience of working in a consulting environment
Strong understanding of 1 or more payroll technology systems ADP, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.
