We are seeking a proactive, people-focused People & Culture Leader to drive our talent strategy and nurture a high-performance culture across our global business.
• Partner with global leadership to ensure the company has the right skills in the right roles at the right time to deliver on strategic goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across India and Australia, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical and business roles.
• Represent the company professionally to potential candidates and build trusted relationships with recruitment partners and universities.
• Manage onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
• Support and administer performance management and professional development programs that promote a culture of accountability and growth.
• Develop and implement people policies and governance aligned with global standards and local regulations.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and respect across regions.
• Coordinate training, engagement, and upskilling initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, helping resolve HR-related matters with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with all local labour laws and HR best practices in India.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Fluent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate confidently with senior leaders and cross-border teams.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trust across cultures.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience aligning local HR practices with global frameworks and policies is highly desirable.
