Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture business requirements, define process flows, and create use cases for Pega applications. Design and configure Pega solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency. Lead the implementation of Pega solutions while ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall success of the development sprints. Work as a liaison between business users and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in Pega development. Qualifications: Certified Pega Business Architect . 4-6 years of experience working on real Pega projects. Proven experience with Agile methodologies and understanding of Scrum/Kanban processes. Product Owner experience is a plus. Strong communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Must have: Certified Pega Business Architect Experience 4-6 years. Real Pega project experience. Experience with Agile processes Product owner experience will be preferred Strong communication skill
