Role & responsibilities

Pega CDH Implementation

Rule-Based Logic: Develop, configure, and maintain decision rules, strategies, and decision data within the Pega CDH platform.

. Integration: Integrate Pega CDH with other systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and access to relevant customer information.

. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing, quality assurance, and debugging of Pega CDH solutions to ensure they perform optimally and meet business requirements.

. Performance Optimization: Identify areas for performance improvement and optimize Pega CDH configurations for maximum efficiency.

. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to Pega CDH configurations, decisioning logic, and best practices.

. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Pega CDH implementations and provide timely support.

Preferred candidate profile

Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification

- Proven experience in working, designing and implementing Pega CDH solutions in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of decisioning concepts, rules, and strategies within the Pega platform.

- Proficiency in Pega tools, including Pega Decisioning, Pega Marketing, and Pega Customer Service.

Knowledge of data integration and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
