Hiring for one of our BIG4 Clients. Role: Pega CDH Consultant Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore/Kolkata Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Pega Customer Decisioning (CDM) solutions for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical expertise on Pega Platform, including CDH (Customer Hub), CDM, Desx, and Decisioning components. Develop data models using Pega's data modeling tools to support business processes. Troubleshoot issues related to CDM implementation and provide timely resolutions. Desired Candidate Profile 6-11 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on customer decisioning or similar roles. Strong understanding of Pega Platform, specifically CDH (Customer Hub), CDM (Customer Data Management), Desx (Data Experience Studio), and Decisioning components. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders at all levels. Must have: Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant v8.5 Experience 5 - 8 years, in Pega Decisioning/CDH implementation and configuration Strong SQL and data manipulation skills for analyzing customer data and campaign performance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in translating business requirements into technical implementations. Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including lending, trade finance, cash management, payments, and credit solutions.
